1. Agreement to Terms

l Delivery Information: The delivery times indicated on the website are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by logistics providers, customs clearance, or force majeure events.
l Return and Exchange Rules: Consumers in the EU and the European Economic Area (EEA) have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for most goods. The specific process is governed by our separately published "Return and Refund Policy."

Consumers in the EU/EEA may choose to initiate proceedings in the courts of their country of residence or submit claims via the EU's official Online Dispute Resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/). Any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the competent Chinese court where our operating entity is located.
11. Amendment of Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms. Your continued use of the Services after such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
